Speak with Warehouse Keeper Sorint. He tells you he needs Kaldis's Gold Dragon Coin. He hands you a Diagram and tells you to speak with Hunters Guild President Bernard. 
He is located in the round building behind the gatekeeper. He tells you where to find the coin.
You will need to go to Anghel Waterfall and hunt Harit Lizardmen Overlord and Shamans. When you receive the coin return to town
Return to Warehouse Keeper Sorint. He takes the coin and gives you Coin Collector Membership lvl 3
You can go to Hunters Guild President Bernard and find out the monsters to hunt for the coins. Here is what he says
